I write mostly in Spanish, as it is my main language, but I translate to English (by myself or through a hired translator) to reach wider audiences. / Escribo principalmente en español ya que es mi lengua natal, pero traduzco a inglés (por mi cuenta o a través de un traductor) para alcanzar más gente.
How often do you publish a book? / ¿Cuán a menudo publicas un libro?
The goal is to have at least one publication a year, but as I always have at least two or three drafts going on at the same time, some years I’ll publish two, some years none. / Mi objetivo es tener al menos una publicación al año, pero como siempre tengo dos o tres borradores en proceso al mismo tiempo, algunos años publicaré dos, otros ninguno.

Rest assured, I do not. My books are entirely written by me (with a sentence here or there stolen from my life partner) and the art I use inside my books is either mine or commissioned. In the main webpage of each book and on the legal page of the books themselves you can see who helped me. If there isn’t any extra name, it means the conlangs, cover, and anything else I did myself. / Puedes estar tranquilo, no lo hago. Mis libros están enteramente escritos por mí (con una frase u otra robada a mi compañero de vida) y el arte que uso dentro de los libros es mío o fue comisionado. From where do you draw inspiration? / ¿Qué te inspira?
Inspiration can come from the most unusual of places. My dreams have been known for introducing me to characters and stories that have been turned into books. A lot of ideas have found me in the shower or when I have been trying to sleep. Cliché, I know, but it’s the truth. / La inspiración puede venir desde el más inusual de los lugares. The depths of Ursula LeGuin’s Earthsea. Rick Riordan’s ability for planning a story. Robin Hobb’s ideas, so similar to my own, have forced my hand a bit, to separate my worldbuilding from hers so nobody thinks I’m plagirizing her. Not too much, though, because the choices I have made are some I truly like, which is probably why I also adore her books. / La profundidad de Terramar de Ursula LeGuin. La abilidad de Rick Riordan para planear una historia. Las ideas de Robbin Hobb, tan similares a las mías, me ha forzado un poco la mano para separar mi worldbuilding del de ella para que nadie piense que la plagio.
